The new Oswego County EMS Operations Agreement (formerly called the Mutual Aid agreement) will be effective 15 June 2009.  See new sections 3.j and 3.k.  Click here to view.

All ambulances going to Oswego Hospital are to use the "short report" format when providing a radio report.  Click here for details.

Revised Spinal Immobilization protocol

The spinal immobilization protocol has been revised to exclude certain patients and situations from Cx spine precautions.  Critical Note:  NYS EMS "strongly encourages" that these changes be taught by a Certified Instructor Coordinator.  Please contact my self or Norm Wallis to arrange that.  Click here for the protocol changes and teaching material.

The Medical Priority Dispatch System is now approved.  Click here for the approval document.
